Planning & Operational Staff

Responsibility:

• Procurement : Purchase Order to Principal to indenteed stock
• Customer Service : Lead time inquiry, account receivable information (Sales Order Arrangement, Bakclog Order Status
• Operation : Sales Order Arrangement, Delivery Order Arrangement, Sales Order Printing, Invoice Arrangement, Audit inquiry, PIC Purchase.
• Support for PSI (Purchase,Sales,Inventory) analysis dan data preparation of PSI Monthly Presentation
• Follow up for Order Monitoring to factory side for the delivery schedule and importation arrangement
• Supporting to provide the documents for customs clearance process in Indonesia

Requirements :

• University Graduate with at least 1 years working experience in related field.
• Have strong knowledge in Procurement (PO), Customer Service, and Operational
• Have ability in SAP user
• Used to deal with contractor, consultantåowner, tc
• Possessfundamental business acumen
• Having p easant personality and good interpersonal skill
• Good English communication skills.
• Good people handling skill and enjoy meet people
• Computer literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel and Ms.Power Point) & SAP.
