Perjalanan Perseroan bermula dari bisnis properti (real estate). Seiring perkembangan usaha, pada 22 Januari 2003, Rukun Raharja resmi terdaftar sebagai Perusahaan Terbuka melalui pencatatan saham di Bursa Efek Surabaya (kini menjadi Bursa Efek Indonesia) dengan kode saham RAJA. Sejak saat itu, Perseroan aktif melakukan Penawaran Umum Terbatas sebagai bagian dari upaya memperkokoh struktur permodalan. Pada tahun 2004, Perseroan melakukan ekspansi bisnis ke bidang jasa logistik dan pengelolaan pelabuhan di Sulawesi Utara.
Hingga akhirnya pada tahun 2010, Perseroan pun beralih menjadi penyedia energi terintegrasi dari hulu ke hilir yang fokus menjalankan empat pilar bisnis utama, yaitu Infrastruktur Gas, Perdagangan Gas, Pembangkit, dan Bisnis Hulu Energi. 1. Business Development Manager
Job Responsibility
- Develop investment in oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, water & energy infrastructure.
- Understand the overall company strategy in order to support the management.
- Manage special projects and events in the energy sector.
- Coordinate with subsidiary companies related with on-going project and/or project plan.
- Achieve setting performance budget and target.
- Develop growth strategies and plans.
- Identify and generate a map of business strengths and customer needs.
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Monitor the existing infrastructure and operational activities.
- Identify the operational barriers in subsidiaries and take counsel for solution.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Financial Management from reputable university.
- Must have a minimum of 3 (three) years’ experiences as Manager with strong technical background in Energy Industry.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value prepositions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication (written & oral) skills, analytical skills, organizational customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Good command in English both oral and written.

2. Investment Manager
Job Responsibility
- Understand the long-term company’s strategic vision and translate them into investment strategy, planning, and execution.
- Ensure prudent investment in oil & gas sector, power generation, petrochemical, water & energy infrastructure, and other related investment opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of processed data coming in or out of the department.
- Build financial models using historical data and provide forecasts to guide the Board of Directors in decision making.
- Conduct investment scenario and sensitivity analysis based on identifying risk mitigation and provide solution to ensure successful business integration.
- Managing Group investment portfolio by monitoring overall commercial and financial performance including subsidiaries.
- Involved in negotiating the terms and conditions related to investment activities.
- Support other strategic initiatives and inorganic investment activities.
Requirement
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Financial Management from reputable university.
- Must have minimum of 3 (three) years experiences as an Investment Manager with strong background in Energy, Infrastructure or Financial sector.
- Preferably having experience in the real sector industry as a Manager and successfully carried out several investment projects.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of investment law, business operation, government regulation.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, communication (written & oral) skill, organizational customer service skill.
- Strong understanding in financial modelling and business modelling.
- Good command of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Demonstrate leadership and managing harmonious teamwork.

3. Human Resources Manager
Job Responsibility
- Responsible for developing and implementing all functions of Human Resources Management
- Coordinate the HR function across multiple businesses within the organization.
- Building, planning, and creating standardized company policies in holding and subsidiaries.
- Budget planning for the HR function.
- Work together with BOD to review performance and salary benchmark.
- Assuring compliance for all levels of the organization.
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Monitoring the implementation of HR policy across units (subsidiaries).
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline with at least 10 years working experience in HR field and at least 3 years of experience as HR Manager, preferably in holding company environment.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience as a consultant will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling payroll and PPh21 calculation.
- People person, good communication, negotiation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with payroll software.
4. Business Analyst
Job Responsibility
- Research organizations and individuals through any means to identify key person new leads and potential new markets.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Obtain valid data related to and review the work plans of BUMN, ministries, business partners, consumers, etc.
- Conduct an investment feasibility and risk analysis of a potential business in holding and subsidiaries.
- Identify, map, and gather the information and documentation needed in every stage of business development.
- Generate investment feasibility studies (business models, market control, etc.)
- Arrange and attend meetings with the key person, forums, and industry events.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance Management from a reputable university.
- Have a minimum of 2 (two) years’ experience in the related field with strong understanding in Energy Industry.
- A creative talent with the ability to solve tough problems.
- Has ability to develop financial modelling for business projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge in oil/gas and power industry and its current events.
- Excellent time management to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willing to have frequent business travel.
5. Executive Secretary
Job Responsibility
- Maintain the Board of Directors’ agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up with each PIC.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (phone calls, e-mail, letters, packages) for BOD, including ordering flowers, cakes, or other items for partners or family and the details of the arrangement.
- Provide support at corporate events as MC (general meeting of shareholders, public expose, etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for BODs and employees, including to assist with any issue or ad-hoc needs that need to be handled.
- Preparing and reporting petty cash and cash advance expenditures for the operational needs of the Board of Directors.
- Translating letters and documents to and from English.
- Handle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- Min. 5 years’ experience as Secretary to Board of Directors.
- Familiar with secretarial tasks.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Good communication in English (both written & verbal).
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
