PT TRACON INDUSTRI (TRACON) didirikan pada tahun 2004 sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT Rekayasa Industri (REKIND), sebuah perusahaan Rekayasa, Pengadaan & Konstruksi (EPC) yang sangat dikenal di Indonesia. Kami fokus pada solusi dan layanan pabrik industri, didukung oleh anggota tim yang terlatih, berpengalaman, teknis, dan luar biasa. Lowongan Kerja PT Tracon Industri (TRACON)

1. Project Control

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• Able to Operate Ms Project
• Proficient in using Ms. Excel
• Communication skills, negotiation, problem solving, work planning, data processing.
• Willing to be placed on Head Office and Site

2. Project Engineer Electrical

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical
• Having at least 2 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• Able to operate computer programs, at least Ms Office & can use electrical engineering software is an added value
• Good knowledge in design work on Electrical, MCC & Switchgear, transformer, Generator, Single line diagram & Wiring diagram, Elelctrical Power Sizing & Calculation.
• Willing to be placed on Head Office and Site

3. Project Engineer Mechanical

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
• Understand the process of executing plant service product work
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Plant service ( Operation, Maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of Mechanical both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• Able to operate computer programs, at least Microsoft Office & able to use Mechanical software (PV Elite, etc) is a plus
• Have an understanding of rotating and static equipment parts
• Able to read GA drawings of Mechanical equipment
• Willing to be placed on Head Office and Site

4. Project Engineer Process

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Having at least 5 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries
• Able to read PFD, HMB & P&ID, analyze operating parameters
• Able to perform simple calculations related to process data and N2 purging
• Able to operate Hysys Software and etc
• Willing to be placed on Head Office and Site

5. Electrician

Qualifications:

• The Electric Technician shall have job skill knowledge minimum of capable in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance aspects on most model of offshore oil gas production electrical equipment’s as of power generation, electronic control system etc.
• The Technician shall have at least 5 years directly involved in hands on field maintenance and in oil gas offshore work Electrical maintenance.
• The Technician shall have minimum education background at least
• Technical/Senior High School and capable to observe, evaluate Electrical equipment malfunction and perform corrective action to solve the problem.

6. Electrical Maintenance Coordinator

Qualifications:

• The Electrical Coordinator shall have at least a Diploma of electrical level with at least five (5) years directly involve in handling electrical maintenance, including at least three (3) year’s experience in supervising the team in offshore oil and gas electrical maintenance. He shall have expertise and knowledge in operation, maintenance, repair and troubleshoot on most models of various electrical equipment.

7. Electrical & Instrument Specialist

Qualifications:

• The Specialist shall have at least a bachelor degree with at least five (5) years directly involve in handling project in Oil and Gas industry. He shall have expertise and knowledge in operation, maintenance, repair on most models of various electrical equipment’s. The Specialist must have demonstrated understanding of regulations, standards and procedure applied to electrical maintenance.

8. Maintenance Superintendent

Qualifications:

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) from LSP accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
• Min. 10 years in maintenance management of collecting stations/gas compressor stations/metering stations/transmission/distribution of oil and gas through pipes.
• The Specialist shall have at least a bachelor degree engineering with at least ten (10) years directly involve in handling project in Oil and Gas industry.

9. Supervisor Mechanical & Static

Qualifications:

• Min. 7 years as a Mechanical Supervisor, especially for maintenance of rotating equipment, especially gas engines, gas compressors, pumps, piping, and other mechanical and static equipment.
• Have taken the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Certification from LSP which is accredited by BNSP.
• The Specialist shall have at least a bachelor degree engineering with at least seven (7) years directly involve in handling project in Oil and Gas industry.

10. Commissioning Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Have at least 10 (ten) years of experience in executing activities
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in the oil and gas industry.
• Have good technical, communication and supervisory skills.
• Have the ability to have a proactive approach to decision making and organizational capabilities in an environment that demands technical capabilities.
• Have knowledge and understanding of PFD and P&ID, skills for effective and efficient commissioning engineering practices.
• Have a good understanding of applicable codes, standards and specifications.
• Have interpersonal skills. good planning and scheduling as well as superior written and verbal communication skills.
