Lowongan Kerja PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia

1. Mechanical Technician

What will you do:

• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize operational downtime.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in line with operational requirements.
• Perform maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, alignment, balancing, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring of rotating equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with TPM, WCM, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Implement Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) practices to enhance workplace safety awareness.

We are looking for:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Min. 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and engineering drawings.
• Good teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

2. Mechanical Inspector

What will you do:

• Perform regular inspections of static equipment including pressure vessels, piping, heat exchangers, tanks, columns, reactors etc.
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders from the site inspection result and regular inspection finding for equipment.
• Hands on review welding procedures, welder qualifications, and incoming material inspections.
• Experienced in welding inspection and various NDT methods including, UT, RT, PT, MT, hardness testing, PMI, borescope, and specialized methods where applicable.
• Facilities RCA Team for mechanical failures, recurring defects, leaks, damage, and integrity incidents.
• Reporting and complying on regular, finding inspections and maintaining the historical inspection.

We are looking for:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in continuous plant operation preferable.
• Strong practical exposure to both static equipment and rotating equipment inspection and maintenance interfaces will be advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in welding inspection, repair quality control, analyzing defect, giving permanent or temporary recommendations.
• Experienced in reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, and inspection documentation.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

3. Skilled Technician ICAE

What will you do:

• Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation, electrical, and control systems.
• Calibrate and service field instruments such as transmitters, control valves, and analyzers.
• Carry out loop checking, functional testing, and HART-based instrument configuration.
• Support the integration of field instruments with the DCS (Siemens PCS7) system by coordinating with Automation and Production teams in resolving technical issues in the field.
• Implement Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) practices to enhance workplace safety awareness.

We are looking for:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / electrical / industrial automation or related technical field.
• Min. 2 years of maintenance experience in process industry.
• Proficient in installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical control systems
• Good teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
