1. Human Resources Officer
Job Summary:
As an HR Officer, you will be in charge of end-to-end recruitment for across department, handle day-to-day HR operation activities, and support in procurement activities along with GA team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/related field
- Has proven end-to-end experience as a Recruiter for a variety of roles for at least 1-2 year (previous experience in headhunting company is preferred)
- Has experience in GA is a plus
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively across department
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Familiarity with Ms. Office and other office software
- Placement in The Prime Office Suite, North Jakarta.
2. General Affairs Officer
Job Summary:
As a GA Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the office and warehouse; which involves handling procurements of goods, travel ticket arrangement, and supporting facility management.
Job Descriptions:
- Fulfill the procurement needs for office and warehouse supplies as requested by users within lead-time, including sourcing, selecting, negotiating, purchasing, monitoring delivery, and evaluating the best products and vendors according to cost efficiency and quality standards
- Perform maintenance and upkeep of company assets and warehouse facilities
- Arrange flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel needs for employees, ensuring compliance with company travel budget
- Maintain records of procurement transactions, goods and assets inventory, travel arrangements, and facility expenses
- Support in overseeing the maintenance and repair of office and warehouse facilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Management (preferred)
- Have 1 year of working experience in General Affairs is preferred
- Possesses an ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers and vendor
- Detail-oriented and has an excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Ms. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Has SIM A & C
- Able to communicate in English
