Fumira adalah salah satu produsen terbesar baja lembaran galvanis di Indonesia. Fumira didirikan pada tahun 1970 dan nama Fumira itu berasal dari dua huruf pertama dari tiga pemegang saham , yaitu Fuji Steel (kemudian, Fuji Steel bergabung dengan Yawata Steel untuk menjadi Nippon Steel Corp.), Mitsui Co Ltd dan Ragam Logam (anak perusahaan dari Argo Manunggal Group).

Sebagai perusahaan yang inovatif, Fumira telah berhasil dalam mengembangkan produk baja lembaran galvanis lapis warna yang dihasilkan Color Coating Line yang berasal dari rancangan Fumira pada tahun 1979.

Lowongan Kerja PT FUMIRA

1. Data Processing Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Degree any major
• Having experience in the same position at least for 1-2 years (preferable from Manufacturing Company/ Building Material Company)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.

2. Customer Service

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree any major
• Previous experience in customer handling, such as Telemarketing or Teller, is preferred
• Understands customer service and sales support
• Familiarity with Omnichannel applications and CRM is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Communicative, friendly, and responsive when interacting with
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented skills in handling customer customers inquiries.

3. Talent Acquisition & People Development Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or Human Resources is preferred
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and employee development processes, including training and competency development
• Familiar with recruitment platforms, job portals, and social media recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling employee and candidate information.
