MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Job Descriptions:

• Cross-functional rotation across Intisera Group business units.
• Hands-on experience in operational and business projects.
• Leadership and management development.
• Business process analysis and problem-solving.
• Preparation for future leadership positions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, Business, Accounting, or Information Systems
• Minimum GPA: 3.00 / 3.25 (depending on university accreditation)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills, proactive, responsible, responsive, and diligent
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Fast learner, adaptable to change, and eager to learn
• Active in student organizations or extracurricular activities
• Willing to be assigned to any Intisera Group business unit, branch, or operational location, and to travel for business as required
• Possession of a valid Class A and/or Class C driving license is an advantage
