Sejarah KT&G di Korea dimulai pada tahun 1899, ketika Rumah Tangga Kekaisaran membentuk biro monopoli untuk mengontrol sumber pendapatan pajak. Pada bulan Desember 1948, sebuah bereau didirikan oleh pemerintah Korea untuk memonopoli semua produk tembakau dan ginseng. Pada tahun 1988, KT&G dilakukan untuk perusahaan publik yang dikelola pemerintah. Pada tahun 2002, setelah penghapusan undang-undang monopoli tembakau, KT&G diubah menjadi perusahaan publik dalam upaya untuk meliberalisasi impor, penjualan, dan manufaktur tembakau.

1. Human Resources Staff (HR)

Requirements :

• Max. 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Majoring: Psychology/ Law/ Human Resource Management
• Fresh graduate are welcome (Preferable if having experience min. 2 year)
• Having excellent knowledge and competency on Training and Development
• Having ability to handling Industrial Relationship
• Having good Ms. Office skill, and familiar with HRIS system
• Having strong analytical skill, accuracy, diligence, high initiative and attention in details
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Having high integrity, persistent, agile, creative & innovative
• Fluently speak in English and communicatives
• Had certificates in the scope of Human Resource Field

2. Performance Management Staff (PM)

Requirements :

• Max. 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree, Majoring: Psychology/ Law/ Human Resource Management/ Industrial Engineering
• Having experiences in Manufacture Industry as Organization Development min. 1 year
• Having Knowledge & Understanding about Performance Management,
• Balance Scorecard, Business Process and Organization Development
• Having strong analytical skill, problem solving, stakeholder management, and data analysis
• Good communication, accuracy, high initiative and attention in details
• Having good Ms. Office skill, especially Ms. Excel
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Having high integrity, persistent, agile, creative & innovative
• Fluently speak in English

3. Technician Secondary (SEC)

Requirements :

• Max. 35 years old
• Diploma III/ Bachelor Degree, majoring: Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Having experiences min 3 years (prefer in Tobacco Industry)
• Having excellent knowledge about cigarette machine process
• Able to handling primary processing machine, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Having High integrity, teamwork base, and time management
• Good analytical thinking and attention in details
• Able to speak in English and communicatives
• Submit complete Application Letter, CV and additional Supporting Certificates

4. Technician Primary (PRM)

Requirements :

• Max. 35 years old
• Diploma III/ Bachelor Degree, majoring: Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Having experiences min 3 years (prefer in Tobacco Industry)
• Having excellent knowledge about cigarette machine process
• Able to handling machinery troubles and machinery operational, especially on cigarette manufacture machines
• Having High integrity, teamwork base, and time management
• Good analytical thinking and attention in details
• Able to speak in English and communicatives
• Submit complete Application Letter, CV and additional Supporting Certificates

5. Water Waste Treatment Plant Operator (WWTP-OP)

Requirements :

• Max. 30 years old
• Diploma III/ Bachelor Degree, majoring: Chemical/ Environmental Engineering
• Having experiences min 3 years in related fields (prefer in Tobacco Industry)
• Having excellent knowledge and able to operate instrumental test such as : PH Meter, TDS Meter, Turbidity Meter, etc.
• Having good Ms. Office skill, especially Ms. Excel
• Able to speak in English and communicatives
• Not Color Blind
• Having High integrity, teamwork base, and time management
• Good analytical thinking and attention in details
• Able to follow work shift system

6. Water Waste Treatment Plant Staff (WWTP-ST)

Requirements :

• Max. 30 years old
• Vocational High School, majoring Chemical/ Chemical Analysis
• Having experiences min 3 years in related fields (prefer in Tobacco Industry)
• Having knowledge about chemical material related with waste water
• Have no allergies to materials contaminated with tobacco, etc.
• Not Color Blind
• Having High integrity, teamwork base, and time management
• Good analytical thinking and attention in details
• Able to follow work shift system
