What You Will Learn :
Join our 12-month Sales Management Trainee Program designed to prepare you for Future Leader as a Senior Medical Device Executive, Professional Medical Device Executive, or District Sales Manager. You’ll lead sales operations in your assigned area and be responsible for achieving targets in Sales and Profit. Grow with us and make an impact in the healthcare industry!
What You Will Do :
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Ensuring the achievement of sales targets set by the company. Identifying new sales opportunities and potential customer prospects.
- Developing Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining good relationships with customers. Providing responsive service to customer needs and issues.
- Conducting Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Explaining the benefits and features of products or services to customers. Conducting product demonstrations if necessary.
- Negotiation and Sales Closure: Negotiating with customers on prices, terms, and conditions of sales. Closing sales by signing contracts or agreements. Handling complaints and issues that arise after sales.
- Sales Administration: Managing sales documents and reports. Entering sales data into the company’s system.
- Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Market Monitoring: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Collecting feedback from customers and conveying important information to the product or management team.
- Training and Development: Participating in training and development to enhance sales skills. Sharing knowledge and experience with other team members.
- Team Collaboration: Working with other teams within the company to achieve common goals. Attending team meetings and providing progress reports.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree of any major
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduates or experienced less than 2 years
- Min Age 21 Years, Max 25 years old
- Willing to be placed in sales positions across Indonesia
