WINGS Internship Program 2025

Job Detail :

• Start in: Feb 2025
• Duration min: 6 – 12 months
• Location: Cakung, East Jakarta
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)
• Selection Process: Nov – Dec 2024

1. Business Analyst

Job Description :

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Assess in-store performance and promotion effectivenesses.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Engineering, Management, or any related major.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Spreadsheet.

2. Electrical Engineer

Job Description :

• Install and maintain WWTP drainage pump electrical systems.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and interpret electrical diagrams.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC voltage, single- and three-phase systems.
• Understanding induction motor starting and electrical measuring tools.

3. Graphic Designer

Job Description :

• Translate a design brief into a visual concept for advertisements and marketing promotional materials.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Visual Communication Design.
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator savvy.
• Understand basic design principles, typography, and techniques.

4. Training and Development

Job Description :

• Coordinating training sessions, including scheduling and managing inventory.
• Support feedback collection for evaluating and improving training programs.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Psychology or Management.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and well-organized.

5. Distribution Analyst

Job Description :

• Ensure standardized business processes and product quality across Distribution Center.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Industrial Engineering / related major.
• Understand the Logistics and Supply Chain principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel Spreadsheet.

6. Architecture

Job Description :

• Create 3D render designs and detailed 2D working drawings.
• Oversee project supervision and assist in cost estimation.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Architecture.
• Proficient in SketchUp and skilled in rendering with V-Ray / Enscape.
• Capable of coordinating and collaborating effectively within a team

7. Civil Engineer

Job Description :

• Supervised projects, tracking progress and reporting.
• Prepared RAB, calculated work volume, and unit prices.
• Designed building structures in steel and concrete.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for creating designs.
• Experienced in RAB preparation, work volume, and unit price calculations.

8. Project Engineer

Job Description :

• Create and monitor projects using SAP PM.
• Lead energy-saving initiatives or digitalizations projects.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Engineering.
• Proficient in Project Management System (SAP PM).
• Understanding process engineering and safety standards.

9. Health, Safety, Environment

Job Description :

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze HSE data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Engineering.
• Proficient in using Spreadsheets.

10. Mechatronics Engineer

Job Description :

• Develop project budget plans and manage material administration.
• Handle wiring panels and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Set, parameterize, and verify instrumentation.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient in programming PLC and HMI.
• Able to read electrical wiring diagrams and P&ID.

11. Video Animator

Job Description :

• Prepare video and animations for digital and event branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content execution.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Film and Animation.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

12. Public Relation

Job Description :

• Manage internal and external communications.
• Support brand campaigns and corporate event execution.

Qualifications :

• Majoring in Strategic Communication
• Strong PR portfolio, especially in writing.
