Graduate Development Program (GDP)

A Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a structured training program that employers run for recent graduates to develop future leaders for the organization.

1. GRADUATE – PLANT (Code: GDP-P)

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1). Preferably in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering majors, but candidates from other disciplines are also welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates with maximum 2 years of experience in processing Plant.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

2. GRADUATE – TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER (Code: GDP-TSE)

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1). Preferably in Mining Engineering majors.
• Possession of a Driving License (SIM A).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Willing to work in remote areas.
