PT Fajar Mas Murni ( FMM ) berdiri pada tanggal 29 Januari 1973 sebagai sebuah perusahaan General Importir dengan akta notaris No. 633 Tahun 1573 oleh notaris Gustaaf Hoemala Soangkoepan Loemban Tobing. Seiring perkembangan karirnya, pada tanggal 11 Mei 1978, PT. Fajar Mas Murni berkembang menjadi sebuah perusahaan jasa perdagangan yang kegiatan utamanya adalah mewakili produsen terkenal baik produsen nasional maupun produsen internasional dan juga sebagai distributor eksklusif produsen tersebut untuk mencapai pasar di wilayah Indonesia. Berbagai merk produk yang diperjualkan antara lain meliputi AIRMAN, Furukawa, Allmand, Ingersoll Rand, Olympus, Dresser-Rand, dll.


1. Sales Engineer

Responsibilities :

  1. Searching new clients and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
  2. Improve Sales.
  3. Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  4. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after­ sales support services.
  5. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.

Qualification

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Mechanical, mining, and chemical engineering)
  2. Age 30 Years old
  3. GPA min 2.75 for state University or 3.00 private
  4. Have driving license
  5. Interested in marketing/sales
  6. Fluent in English or foreign language will be an advantage.
  7. Can operate computer program such as Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  8. Hard worker, communicative, and target oriented.
  9. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia such as Bekasi, Bandung, Balikpapan, Batam, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, Palembang, Pekanbaru, MaKassar, Cilacap,etc.
2. Service Engineer

Qualification

  1. Pendidikan min. D3 & SMK Teknik (T.Elektro)
  2. Laki-laki
  3. Usia 22 – 35 Thn
  4. Mempunyai keahlian dibidang service dan maintenance
  5. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama min. 2 thn
  6. Mampu menganalisa permasalahan teknis dengan baik
  7. Pekerja keras, handal, jujur, disiplin dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik
  8. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia
3. Recruitment Staff

Qualification

  1. Male/Female
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
  3. GPA min 2.75 for state university or 3.00 private university
  4. Minimum Three-year experience in their field
  5. Fluent in English (conversation & written)
  6. Required Skills: HR task, Employee documents, Psychology tools
  7. Can work under pressure & work on the team
  8. Communicative & adaptable
  9. Analytical thinking, detail, multitasking, have a “can do” attitude and result oriented
