PT Honda Prospect Motor atau HPM merupakan ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk) dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. Saat ini, HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer yang tersebar di Nusantara. Lalu, pada tahun 2014, HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio. Perusahaan ini terus berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar di bidang otomotif di Indonesia.


1. Sales Strategy Staff

Make a plan to achieve sales targets and monitor these targets and analyze as well as make appropriate marketing strategies that can be implemented by a Honda dealer in each area.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Management , Business
  2. Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
2. Product Planning Staff

Make plans and coordinate with related departments to ensure the product development process run according to predetermined targets.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering , Mechanical Engineering ,
  2. Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
3. Trainer

Develop skills and knowledge of a company’s workforce by planning and organizing company internal training both as a trainer/facilitator, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resource Management
  2. Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
4. Industrial Relation Staff

Process the employees who carry out undisciplined actions as well as monitor the implementation of rules, regulations and policies established in the company to create a harmonious working relationship between management and employees

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Law
  2. Willing to work under shifting hours
  3. Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
5. Performance Management Staff

Develop and manage performance management process, design and evaluate performance appraisal systems, and determine appropriate feedback systems for performance appraisal systems.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resource Management
  2. Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.

Here are the general qualifications:

  1. Maximum age is 27
  2. Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  5. Strong analytical thinking
  6. Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
  7. Able to work under pressure
  8. Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
  9. Proficient in English (both oral & written)
  10. Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
  11. Proficient in MS Office
  12. COVID 19 vaccine certificate
  13. Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
  14. Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
