Kualifikasi :

2. Kasir Unit – PT.Ciomas Adisatwa (Commercial Poultry Division)

Lingkup Pekerjaan:

  1. Melakukan penerimaan hasil penjualan, pembayaran operasional unit, dan mengadministrasikan seluruh kegiatan dan aktifitas keuangan guna mendukung proses kerja unit, yaitu:
  2. Menyiapkan data keuangan untuk mendukung penyusunan laporan keuangan unit
  3. Mengumpulkan,dan menyiapkan data Management Report untuk dianalisa oleh FAU (Finanace and Accounting Unit) guna pelaporan lebih lanjut pada Ka.Unit
  4. Menyediakan data untuk penyusunan budget unit
  5. Melakukan efisiensi, optimalisasi bisnis proses dan memperbaiki service untuk mendukung kepuasan Customer
  6. Mengadministrasikan aktifitas penerimaan dan pembayaran untuk mendukung aktifitas operasional Unit
  7. Menerima hasil penjualan, melakukan pembayaran, melakukan penyetoran hasil penjualan ke Bank dan menarik dana operasional dari Bank sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku (SOP dan Matrik Otorisasi)
  8. Melakukan pembayaran RHPP (Rekapitulasi Hasil Pemeliharaan Peternakan) untuk memenuhi kewajiban perusahaan
  9. Mengadministrasikan dan mengontrol aktivitas keuangan di Company Farm untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional di Company Farm

Job Description

  1. Ensure that company objective particularly those related to plant efficiency, volume process, competitive labor cost and other cost efficient related concern are met through a better planning, organizing and supervision.
  2. Prepare a long range plan for trainings, budget and projects.
  3. Prepare production planning in terms of volume process, manpower requirements and
    improvement in daily efficiency.
  4. Monitor, supervise and review the day to day activities against the standards targets.
  5. Prepare annual budget.
  6. Ensure that all procedures are strictly understand, implemented and followed.
  7. Allocates manpower according to their skills.
  8. Check, monitor and sign records related to the day to day operation.
  9. Ensure that finished good transfer is done properly and timely.
  10. Together with engineering to keep all production machineries and tools in a good working condition.
  11. Highlight any deviation occurs during operation and come up with recommended corrective action.
  12. Train and educate subordinates.
  13. Initiates promotion for subordinates which showing excellence performance.
  14. Prepares daily information and reports for Management reference.

Qualification

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree of Industrial Engineering/Food Technology/Fisheries/Biology/Chemical,
  2. Experience min.5 years as QC Head in similar business (seafood) strongly preferred
  3. Minimum GPA/IPK 3.00;
  4. Have certifications of HACCP, ISO 22000
  5. Have good leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
  6. Willing to be placed in Simalungun, Sumatera Utara

4. Product Development Staff – PT Suri Tani Pemuka

Job Description

  1. Receive sample requests that can come from Marketing, Head of Operation or new ideation RnD Follow up on feedback from customers and / or marketing related to samples that have been made or submitted
  2. Create SOPs for the process of making products both new products and existing products
  3. Create new seafood recipe
  4. Search for suppliers and try new ingredients
  5. Conducting costing for all products
  6. Follow up on requests or issues from related parties if there is an improvement that will be made either on a product or process
  7. Updating government regulations relating to products that have been and will be produced
  8. Prepare related documents for Halal certification, registration of BPOM numbers and other certifications

Qualification

  1. Minimum Bachelor degree of Food Technology, experience min.5 years as Product Development in similar business strongly preferred
  2. Minimum GPA/IPK 3.00;
  3. Have good skills in Product Development, Food Processing, Food Ingridients Knowledge
  4. Have certifications of sensory evaluation, HACCP, ISO 22000
  5. Have good leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
  6. Fluent in English both oral and written
  7. Willing to be placed in Meruya West Jakarta

5. Fish Health Lab Staff – PT Suri Tani Pemuka

Job Description

  1. Diagnostic testing and diagnosis of fish diseases
  2. Disease surveillance, screening, and certification of State fish hatchery populations
  3. Disease screening of wild/feral broodstock populations used for spawning activities
  4. Disease management and prevention
  5. Recommends and provides guidance for therapy and other actions when necessary
  6. Confirms disease certificates and evaluates the risk of fish imports and fish movements
  7. Reviews permit applications for fish importation associated with aquaculture
  8. Hatchery Support
  9. Evaluates indicators of fish welfare and provides feedback to managers
  10. Promotes fish husbandry practices focused on disease prevention
  11. Trouble shoots problems with fish health and fish quality
  12. Conducts and Facilitates Applied Research for improved fish health
  13. Feed and feed ingredient research
  14. Water quality
  15. Spawning technologies
  16. Husbandry practices
  17. Education of hatchery staff, biologists, and the public on various issues of fish health

Qualification

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary, Microbiology, Fish Patology or equivalent
  2. Min. 1 years experiences, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
