1. Contract Development Staff

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  1. Drafting contract or amendment ontime
  2. Ensuring drafting process until full approval done ontime
  3. Ensuring preparation of contract and authorization being executed based on timeline project
  4. Ensuring authorization and analysis of contract based being inputted on system
  5. Conducting socialization of contract or amendment that already being approved

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor Degree of Law
  2. Having experience as Legal Staff minimum 3 years (preference having background in telecommunication industry)
  3. Having experience in reviewing or drafting contract
  4. Having license from PERADI or PKPA certificate (preference)
2. IT Programmer (Back-End)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Planning and handling the functional specifications, system development, installation, system Integration, and implementation of the test.
  2. Handling projects related to IT Business Analyst to ensure the project is on target.
  3. Creating design computer programs documents program design, program coding, and maintenance to address specific business needs as well as allowing changes in the future.
  4. Consultation to determine the needs and internal needs analysis for IT to provide solutions in a timely and accurate at the results

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Min. S1 in Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Having min. 3 Year of experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Required Skill(s): SQL Server, C#, VB.Net, ASP.net, Oracle Application Server, MVC, ERP
3. IT Project Management Office Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
  2. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  3. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  4. Execute the project according to the project plan
  5. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  6. Responsible to Analyze Business Requirement Document
  7. Compile Functional Spesification Document
  8. Conduct User Acceptance Test

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Min. S1 in Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Having min. 4 year of experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Required skills: IT Project Management, SQL Server 2008, Microsoft Visual Studio (.NET)
  4. Good communication and presentation skills
  5. Fast response and multi-tasking
4. IT System Development Section Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist Software Engineers to ensure application development runs on time.
  2. Assist Project Manager to perform impact analysis, preliminary, and detailed design.
  3. Ensure the quality of the produced code and database design by the Software Engineers during development phase.
  4. Research, develop, and test new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Min. S1 in Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. Having min. 5 Year of experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Have a great knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, database design, indexing, and query tuning.
  4. Experience in building and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Pipelines preferred.
  5. Experience in utilizing code repository technologies such as git.
  6. Experience in all phases of software development life cycle including project management, functional requirements definition, technical design, development, testing, quality assurance, system certification, systems implementation and system validation.
  7. Experience in creating database related technical designs, effort estimation, design and analytical aptitude.
  8. Consistently able to assess and evaluate problems in a production environment and manage risk to the service when recommending change
  9. Strong clean code coding practices
  10. Able to analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner
5. Project Management CME Section Head (Pekanbaru)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for CME Roll Out Progress
  2. Ensure the work is completed until the handover according to the PO and technical qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education from S1 Civil Engineer
  2. Understand Project Management Standards for Construction and Mechanical Electrical works
  3. Understand Quality, Health and Safety for CME work
  4. Have experience as a Leader or Project Manager for min. 2 years
  5. Have excellent physique and health
