Astana Enginee Program (Enhancing New Generation of Engineers Program)

Is a new initiative from Astana Group. The program is designed to elevate the competence and professional career of fresh graduate Engineers through intensive training, professional mentoring, and real-world industrial experience.

By using an on-the-job training method, our goal is to create a new generation of engineers who are highly capable, innovative, and prepared for the challenges in the industry.

Our detailed requirements:

• Min. last semester D3/Bachelor degree (from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineer, Architecture, Information System, Technology, Building Engineering or other relevant majors)
• Max. 25th years old in 31th December 2026
• Active in Organization will be poin plus
• Strong analytical ability with a passion for innovating and experimenting with ideas
• Willing to be placed in around Indonesia
