PT. Pratama Abadi Industri adalah perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (Korea) yang memproduksi sepatu atletik untuk merek NIKE. Kami adalah salah satu produsen sepatu dengan sejarah terpanjang dalam memproduksi sepatu atletik NIKE di Indonesia.

Didukung oleh empat pabrik – Serpong (Kantor Pusat), Sukabumi, Brebes, dan Garut – kami mampu memproduksi 4 juta pasang sepatu atletik berkualitas tinggi setiap bulan. Dilengkapi dengan mesin berteknologi modern dan tim yang berpengalaman, kami berkomitmen menciptakan produk terbaik.

Management Development Program (MDP) 2026

The Management Development Program (MDP) of PT. Pratama Abadi Industri (JX2) is officially open for high-potential young talents who are eager to grow, learn, and create meaningful impact.

Through structured learning, on the job training, and direct mentorship from experienced professionals, the MDP is designed to develop strong technical competencies, leadership capabilities, and solid business acumen as the foundation for the company’s future leaders.

Job Description:

• Structured learning programs to strengthen foundational knowledge and professional competencies
• On the job training to provide hands-on experience in an industrial work environment
• Direct mentorship from experienced professionals to enhance leadership and decision making skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management
• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a high level of initiative
• Experience in leading projects or active involvement in organizations is an advantage
• Highly motivated and eager to learn
• Detail oriented, disciplined, and demonstrates a high level of concern for employee health and occupational safety
• Willing to be assigned to all sections within the department
