MPM Young Talent 2024

MPM Young Talent Program is a 12-month structured, and group-wide program designed to equip the graduates to become manager-leader with the knowledge and skills required in the company’s businesses.

MPM Group Young Talent Program, also commonly known as Management Trainee (MT) Program, is company’s initiative to to prepare future leadership of the company. These young talent are high-potential, highly-motivated fresh graduates from top universities in the country – and abroad – who go through rigorous development journey in the program. The development path itself consists of in-class sessions, mentoring program and significantly on-the-job tasks and projects, which will enable them to progress their expertise and career expediently.

At the end of the program, the trainees will then be assigned at subsidiaries based on business needes and trainees’ aspiration. Moving forward, they are expected to be the backbone of company’s management team in the future, basing off their relationship of the rigorous journey that they’ve traveled together and collectively progressing each subsidiary, and all group, towards excellence.

Job Descriptions :

• Candidates will get extensive exposure to different operating companies & work functions through actual work and project experience
• Having a guidance and support through coaching and mentoring with senior leaders and in-class training to develop leadership and technical proficiencies.
• In depth understanding about business process, data analysis, problem identification tools and research methodology
• Presenting the project result in the end of OJT period
• Maintain good relationship and teamwork with other employees
• Actively involved in company’s event/activity

Qualifications :

• Willing to be placed at the MPM Group’s business unit across Indonesia
• All major are welcome. Graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3,25 (out of 4,00) for Bachelor Degree and minimum GPA of 3,50 (out of 4,00) for Master Degree
• Fresh graduate or experienced (with max. 1 year of work experience)
• Socially active in organizations, sports, arts, social acts and others.
• Strong analytical skills both qualitative and quantitative
• Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, teamwork and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
• Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
