Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Kemenkes RI) adalah kementerian dalam Pemerintah Indonesia yang membidangi urusan kesehatan. Kementerian Kesehatan berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden.

Kemenkes RI membuka peluang bagi Individual Consultant untuk bergabung dalam proyek pembangunan RSAB Harapan Kita dan penataan kawasan 3 RS Berlian.

Tersedia berbagai posisi strategis, mulai dari Tenaga Ahli Teknik (Sipil/MEP/Listrik), Data Analyst, hingga Staf Administrasi dan Sekretaris dengan rincian sebagai berikut:

1. Civil Engineering Expert

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with an active certification in construction is preferred (Sertifikat Ahli Madya or Utama Manajemen Konstruksi), having a Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years experience in construction, including minimum 3 years in hospital construction, has experience in high-rise building (min. 8 stories building), preferably projects financed by Multi-lateral Development Bank and International Development Financing Institutions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project or any other similar Project monitoring applications
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Good in reporting

2. Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering Expert

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with an active certification is preferred (Sertifikat Ahli Madya or Ahli Utama), having a Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years experience in construction, including minimum 3 years in hospital design/construction, has experience in high-rise building design/ construction (min. 8 stories building), preferably projects financed by Multi-lateral Development Bank and International Development Financing Institutions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project or any other similar Project monitoring applications
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Good in reporting

3. Electrical Engineering Expert

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with an active certification is preferred (Sertifikat Ahli Madya or Ahli Utama), having a Master’s degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 8 years experience in construction, including minimum 3 years in hospital design/construction, has experience in high-rise building design/ construction (min. 8 stories building), preferably projects financed by Multi- lateral Development Bank and International Development Financing Institutions
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project or any other similar Project monitoring applications
• Good command of English, both oral and written
• Good in reporting

4. Environmental and Social Safeguard Expert

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Social Sciences, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in donor-funded projects, particularly in environmental and social safeguards of international financing institutions (AIIB, ADB, WB, IsDB, etc.), with involvement in at least 3 relevant projects
• Proven experience in managing environmental and social risks in development projects
• Knowledge of relevant Indonesian regulations related to the health sector, environmental and social safeguards in development projects and public consultation processes is an advantage
• Experience in stakeholder consultation and engagement
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

5. Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Statistics, Development Studies, or a relevant major, having a Master’s degree is an advantage
• A minimum of 5 (five) years of proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, ideally gained within the healthcare sector or through involvement in large-scale development projects, with participation in at least 2 (two) relevant assignments or projects
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and tools
• Prior experience in donor-funded projects, with knowledge of donor financial reporting standards, is considered an advantage
• Familiarity with reporting procedures related to Indonesia’s State Budget (APBN)
• Good command of English, both oral and written

6. Data Analyst

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Management, Public Health, Psychology or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, analysis, or Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) roles
• Previous experience working on a project funded by a Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) is preferred
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar platforms)
• Familiarity with M&E frameworks and performance indicator tracking
• Good command of both English and Bahasa
• Certification from relevant training or proven related work experience is preferred

7. Bilingual Secretary

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Administration, Management, Languages Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in international or donor- funded projects.
• Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and under pressure

8. Planning and Financing Staff

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field
• Minimum one year of relevant working experience, preferably in international or donor-funded projects
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and planning.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Certification from relevant training or work experience is preferred

9. Administration Staff

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum one year of relevant working experience in administration and office management
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in Bahasa; basic understanding of English is an advantage
• Certification from relevant training or work experience is preferred
