General Requirements:
- Experience min. 3-5 years in related field, preferably in Steel Manufacturing Industry.
- Deep understanding and experience in related expertise field.
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Tax, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Psychology, Law, and another major are welcome to apply.

1. Ironmaking Raw Material Procurement Staff
This job will handle Purchase iron ore, coal, Receipt price update (weekly), Purchasing summary and shipping documents delivery to Customs, review Steel Business Briefing (daily), Interest rate tracking, Price formula update, etc.
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years experience in Procurement Raw Material (preferably in manufacture industry)
- Minimum bachelor degree of any major, preferably business, economics, statistics, or engineering major
- Good business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Very fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- No problem in traveling abroad and domestic
- Advantage for Proficient in Chinese (spoken)

2. Raw Material Procurement Planning & Transporation Staff
This job will handle task related with management of raw material procurement budget and settlement, maintain supply and demand of raw material, coordinate with shipping companies, make sure shipping documents, and coordinate to pay Freight and Demurrage.
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years experience in Planning Procurement Raw Material and Transportation (preferably in manufacture industry)
- Basic understanding of ocean freight logistics.
- Knowledge of ship contract management (charter party).
- Ability to network globally and build international relationships.
- Bachelor degree (S1), any major
- Ability in communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Skilled in operating Microsoft Excel.

3. Tax Staff
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify daily tax transaction (VAT, WHT, CIT)
- Prepare monthly and annual tax reports (SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan)
- Perform Tax Reconciliation with accounting books
- Handle Tax Audits, Objections, and Appeals process
- Assist with the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation
- Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess potential impact
- Conduct Tax Risk Analysis and Compliance Review
- Support internal/external audits related to tax matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, Legal)
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Taxation, preferably in manufacturing or multinational company
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations
- Proven experience in Tax Audit Handling, Tax Objections, and Tax Appeals is a plus
- Familiar with Transfer Pricing Documentation and OECD Guidelines
- Holding Brevet C is strongly preferred (Brevet A & B also desirable)
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Fiscal Administration
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written (mandatory)

4. Budget Management Staff
Responsibilities:
- Managing budget & realization of operating expense and investment (including analyze, report, and control)
- Company budget and financial statement establishment (Annual and Rolling plan)
- Review & analysis budget execution and unplanned budget proposal
- Managing Corporate Credit Card
- Review & analysis subsidiary’s financial plan
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years experience in Finance / Accounting (preferably in manufacturing industry)
- Good understanding of Financial Statement

Responsibilities:
- Analyze company’s financial performance
- Analyze manufacturing cost, manufacturing and SG&A expense, raw material consumption and purchase, and inventory

- Preparing monthly report and data support for the top management and parent company
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years experience in Finance / Accounting (preferably in manufacturing industry)

6. Outsourcing Management Staff
Responsibilities:
- Handle the renewal of long-term contract at the beginning of every year for operational support, processing, transportation, and auxiliary work required within the steel mill
- Analyzing the cost structure of personnel, materials, and equipment used in the work
- identifying unit price information through the producer price index, etc
- Calculating an appropriate contract amount, and then negotiating with vendors to enter into the contracts at the optimal price within the budget
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years of practical experience in procurement for domestic (or overseas) outsourcing or services or physical objects in the field of manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, finance management, statistics, law, public administration, mathematics etc.
- Minimum English Competency TOEFL 500 (mandatory)
- Certification (will be point plus): Lawyer, CPSM (Certified Procurement Supply Management), Certified Public Accountant.

8. HR Staff – Medical Insurance
Responsibilities:
- Manages and conduct tasks related to Employee’s benefits and services, esp related with Health Insurance
- Administer and coordinate health insurance program
- Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan claims, particularly for work accidents, including reporting, documentation, and coordination with hospitals and the BPJS office
- Liaise with insurance providers and relevant stakeholders
- Regularly review the effectiveness and efficiency of existing benefit programs
- Propose and implement improvements to benefit programs based on employee needs, market trends, and company direction
- Prepare periodic reports related to benefits, insurance claims, and work accident cases
- Educate and communicate benefit policies to employees
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in benefit and insurance administration
- Proven experience handling BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and private insurance system

9. Material and Facility Procurement Staff
Responsibilities:
- Develops strategy of material procurement including sourcing and fostering suppliers.
- Manages procurement process activities (vendor invitation, bidding, negotiation, contract preparation, contract making and follow up of the contracts).
- Manages the evaluation and analysis of user’s material order.
- Finds new competitive (potential) suppliers in local and overseas and evaluates the suppliers.
- Manages administration process of material procurement and operate procurement system [E-Proc]
- Monitors the delivery of material to make sure it is arrived on schedule.
Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years experience in Material and/or Facilities Procurement (preferably in manufacturing industry)
