1. Regional Operation Manager – Cold Chain
Oversees regional operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and target achievement in frozen food distribution. Manages logistics, cold chain processes, and 3PL collaboration while leading regional teams. Ensures smooth supply chain execution, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in frozen food distribution.
- Deep understanding of cold chain management and regulatory compliance for frozen food.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in supply chain software, Microsoft Excel, and related tools.
- Experienced in and familiar with working alongside 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) systems.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
2. Finance Assistant Manager
Ensures the company’s financial stability by monitoring cash flow, managing funding and budgeting, overseeing accurate financial reporting, and ensuring timely tax and insurance payments. This role supports efficient financial operations and provides reliable financial insights to aid strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with 1—3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role (preferably from the FMCG/distribution industry).
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Possesses strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, cash flow analysis, accounts payable/receivable, and tax regulations
3. Accounting Assistant Manager
Responsible for planning, developing, monitoring, and evaluating all aspects of accounting procedures to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and principles. This role ensures accurate and timely financial reporting based on reliable data from all operational areas, supporting management in making informed business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with 1—3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role (preferably from the FMCG/distribution industry).
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, financial reporting standards, and internal control systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills across departments.
- Ability to meet reporting deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
4. Industrial Relation – Legal Supervisor
Responsible for overseeing Legal and Industrial Relations activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. This role includes reviewing vendor and subdistributor agreements, drafting legal correspondence (including termination letters), managing permits via OSS, handling negotiations, maintaining good relations with local authorities (DPMPTSP, DLH, DISPERINDAG), and ensuring legal compliance in PERDATA, especially warehouse lease agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal practice or corporate legal field.
- Possess a valid PERADI license.
- Proficient in Hukum Perdata, Hukum Pidana, and Good knowledge of UU Cipta Kerja and related regulations.
- Experienced in reviewing and drafting legal documents or agreements
- Skilled in using OSS (Online Single Submission) system and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel to all company operational areas.
5. IT Developer
Responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications using Go (Golang), integrating APIs, and ensuring system performance and reliability. Works closely with cross-functional teams to implement features, optimize systems, and manage databases (SQL & NoSQL) while maintaining code quality and best development practices.
Requirements:
- 2—5 years of experience as a Fullstack or IT Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), including concurrency (goroutines, channels), error handling, and Go modules.
- Understanding of Node.js is a plus.
- Skilled in RESTful API and gRPC development using JSON and HTTP protocols.
- Proficient with Git for collaborative development.
- Experienced with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
6. Transport Planner Officer
Bertugas melakukan mapping armada dalam pengiriman barang, baik kiriman ke outlet maupun ke gudang Induk, melakukan pemesanan dan menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan armada dalam operasional distribusi, serta menyiapkan dan memproses penagihan kepada vendor terkait jasa transportasi.
Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK untuk Admin dan D3 untuk Transport Planner (Jurusan Manajemen, Logistik, atau bidang terkait lebih diutamakan)
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan analisis data yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan sistem administrasi gudang/distribusi (SAP).
- Bersedia bekerja dengan Sistem Project
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Pengalaman di bidang logistik, warehouse, atau transportasi menjadi nilai tambah.
7. Warehouse Admin Staff
Bertugas melakukan pencatatan keluar masuk barang di sistem secara akurat, merekap Purchase Order, mencatat pergerakan barang seasonal, serta menyusun data rekap sebagai dasar pencatatan dan penagihan kepada vendor.
Requirements:
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK untuk Admin dan D3 untuk Transport Planner (Jurusan Manajemen, Logistik, atau bidang terkait lebih diutamakan)
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan analisis data yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel dan sistem administrasi gudang/distribusi (SAP).
