PT. Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. (AMFG) adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi flat glass dan automotive glass yang berbasis di Jakarta, Indonesia. AMFG merupakan produsen flat glass dan safety glass terbesar di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara. Jangkauan produk mereka mencapai Indonesia, Asia, Australia, Selandia Baru, Timur Tengah, Amerika Serikat, Eropa, dan Afrika. PT. Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. didirikan pada tahun 1971. Perusahaan tersebut sempat beroperasi dengan nama PT. Asahimas Flat Glass Co., Ltd. sebelum berganti nama menjadi PT. Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. pada bulan Juni 1998. Saat ini AMFG dimiliki oleh Asahi Glass Co., Ltd., PT. Rodamas, dan kooperasi. Perusahaan ini merupakan induk dari PT Auto Glass Indonesia (AGI) yang berfokus pada penggantian dan jasa reparasi automotive safety glass.

Produk utama AMFG adalah flat glass berwarna, reflektif, dan kaca cermin yang digunakan di gedung-gedung bertingkat dan sebagai bahan baku untuk industri hilir. Sementara automotive glass yang diproduksi perusahaan meliputi tempered glass dan kaca laminasi yang digunakan dalam industri otomotif. AMFG memperkenalkan proses laminasi safety glass pada tahun 1985. Produksi laminated glass dimulai pada tahun 1994. Selama tahun 1997, AMFG memulai tahap pertama dalam pengembangan pabrik safety glass di Bukit Indah Industrial Park, Cikampek, Jawa Barat. Produksi komersial sendiri dimulai pada tahun 1999.

1. Management Trainee Sales – Building Glass

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our building glass products and services
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key customers and partners
  • Providing excellent customer service, expert technical advice and consultative selling to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
  • Representing in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product development and improve our offering
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, operations and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Management/ Economy, with min. GPA 3.00)
  • Proven track record minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the building materials/ construction industry/ retail manufacture
  • Strong understanding of the building glass market, products and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with customers

3. Admin Sales (Jakarta)

Job Description:

  • Accurately receive, process, and enter customer purchase orders (P.O.’s) into the company’s sales or ERP system.
  • Order Verification: Verify the completeness and accuracy of order details, including product specifications (type of glass, dimensions, finishes), quantities, prices, discounts, and customer information.
  • Contact customers via phone or email to obtain missing information or clarify order details, ensuring all specifications are precise for manufacturing.
  • Communicate order details and requirements to the Production or Manufacturing department to ensure timely and accurate production scheduling and to track manufacturing progress.
  • Work with the logistics or shipping department to organize delivery schedules and inform customers of expected delivery dates.
  • Maintain and update sales, customer records, and order histories in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or sales software.
  • Compile and prepare regular reports, such as daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, order status reports, and sales performance metrics for management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma 3 degree or equivalent of Business Administration, Accounting, Management, etc with min. GPA 3.00
  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably have proven experience in administrative or sales support role.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic sales processes, order-to-cash cycles, and invoicing procedures
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill, with ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams/ company
  • Experience with (ERP) or order processing/inventory management software is highly desirable.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for reports, data analysis, tracking), Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to speak and write in English
