Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited merupakan salah satu Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS) yang kemudian diubah menjadi Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas). Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, sebagai perwakilan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk melakukan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi di Selat Madura. HCML sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Husky Oil (Madura) Limited (“HOML”). Sebagai operator Selat Madura, HCML saat ini dimiliki oleh Husky Oil Madura Partnership (“HOMP”), CNOOC South East Asia Limited (“CNOOC”), dan SMS Development Limited (“Samudra”).

HCML – Engineer Drilling Support

Manage implementation of Operation Readiness and Assurance (ORSA) framework to ensure flawless Start Up and smooth operations of MAC field during project phase. Lead the day-to-day field production operation in the MAC field, supervise MOPU, in line with MAC field strategic objectives and internal and regulatory regulations, in order to maximize value of assets and meet production, quality and safety targets.

Qualifications Overview:

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in  Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
• Have minimum 7–10 years of experience in production operations within the oil and gas industry, with progressively increased responsibilities in managing functions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore operations.
• Experience in operation readiness and assurance of greenfield projects is an advantage.
• Proven experience in gas processing, gas compression systems, and preferably metering operations.
• Expertise in field and control room operations, including performance assessment, operational improvement, and technical capability development.
• Strong background in custody metering, ensuring technical compliance, best practice implementation, and team capability enhancement.
• Technical authority in well operations, focusing on performance evaluation, operational safety, and efficiency improvement.
• Solid understanding of offshore gas production facilities, asset integrity management, risk management tools, and safety systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP applications
