Lion Air Group

Lion Air merupakan maskapai penerbangan swasta nasional asal Indonesia yang secara hukum didirikan pada tanggal 15 November 1999 dan mulai beroperasi pertama kali pada tanggal 30 Juni 2000, dengan melayani rute penerbangan dari Jakarta menuju Pontianak menggunakan pesawat dengan tipe Boeing 737-200 yang pada saat itu berjumlah 2 unit.

PT. Lion Mentari Airlines atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Lion Air merupakan maskapai penerbangan berbiaya rendah (Low Cost Carrier) dengan mengusung slogan “We Make People Fly” yang berpangkalan pusat di Jakarta, Indonesia. Melalui hal ini Lion Air mencoba mewujudkan dan merubah stigma masyarakat bahwa siapapun bisa terbang bersama Lion Air dengan tetap mengedepankan aspek keselamatan, keamanan, dan kualitas penerbangan. Lion Group is opening two strategic Management Trainee tracks, thoughtfully designed to develop high-potential talents and prepare future leaders who are ready to grow and excel in the dynamic aviation industry.

1. Management Trainee – Maintenance

• Education: D4/S1 with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in the following majors:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Aeronautical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Physics Engineering
  • Metallurgical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Telecommunications Engineering
• Min. TOEFL Score 500/TOElC Score 550/1ELTS Score
• Good communication skills
• Highly motivated and eager to leam
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Willing to undergo a service bond
• Willing to be placed in any operational area of Lion Group

2. Management Trainee – Operation

• Education : with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in the following majors :
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Logistics
  • Physics
  • Accounting
  • Informatics Engineering
• Min. TOEFL Score 500/TOEIC Score 550/IELTS Score 6.0
• Good communication skills
• Highly motivated and eager to leam
• Physically and menully healthy
• Willing to undergo aservice bond
• Willing to be placed in any operational area of Lion Group
