Hal ini memenuhi kebutuhan cairan pengeboran dan penyelesaian, penyemenan, perlindungan lingkungan ladang minyak, dan aditif peningkatan produksi ladang minyak, serta kebutuhan bahan kimia spesifik klien kami.

PT. COSL INDO – Oilfield Chemical Division (OCD) is opening opportunities for fresh graduates and early professionals to join our Graduate Engineer Trainee Program. This program is designed to develop future oilfield professionals through structured training, mentoring, and real field exposure in our core operations.

The Engineer Trainee Program is a comprehensive one-year initiative designed to provide participants with hands-on exposure to the cementing and DCF operations, daily business administration, and business sustainability.

1. Cementing Project Engineer Trainee

A program designed to develop future project engineers who manage cementing operations with strong technical and project management skills.

Focus Area:

• Project planning & documentation
• Technical analysis & reporting
• Coordination with field & lab teams
• Client communication & support
• Field exposure in 2nd service year

2. Cementing Engineer Trainee

A program designed to develop field-ready engineers who specialize in executing cementing operations with technical precision and safety awareness.

Focus Area:

• Cementing design & simulation
• Lab testing & fluid preparation
• On-site execution & job supervision
• Equipment handling & maintenance
• Safety compliance in operations

3. Drilling, Completion & Fluids (DCF) Engineer Trainee

A program designed to prepare future Drilling, Completion, and Fluids (DCF) engineers with strong technical knowledge and practical field exposure.

Focus Area:

• Drilling & completion fluids fundamentals
• Laboratory testing & fluid analysis
• On-site monitoring & quality control
• Technical reporting & documentation
• Safety & environmental compliance

4. Equipment Engineer Trainee

Join our COSL Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program and start your journey to become a skilled Mechanical or Electrical Engineer in the oilfield service industry. This structured program is designed to develop your technical expertise, field readiness, and problem-solving skills through hands-on training, mentorship, and real project exposure.

Gain comprehensive experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to support reliable field performance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong interest in equipment operation, maintenance, and field engineering
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Willing to be placed and work in any operational location across Indonesia
• Committed to completing the trainee program
• Hiring point will be at Jakarta
