PT EPSON BATAM (PEB) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang elektronik manufaktur yang sudah berdiri di Batam sejak tahun 1991. Induk perusahaan kami berada di Jepang dengan total 81 perusahaan afiliasi yang tersebar di seluruh dunia, termasuk PT Epson Batam. Indonesia Epson Industry (IEI), adalah perusahaan manufaktur printer terkemuka yang berlokasi di EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi. Secara umum kami memproduksi dua macam printer Epson yaitu Printer Ink-Jet dan SIDM (Serial Impact Dot Matrix), dengan model yang bervariasi. Kapasitas produksi kami lebih dari 10 juta printer dalam setahun; sebagian besar untuk pasar ekspor. Selama musim puncak, lebih dari 10.000 karyawan bekerja di pabrik ini.

Perusahaan yang terkenal lewat printenya ini merupakan anak perusahaan dari Seiko Epson Corporation di Indonesia.

1. OPERATOR FORKLIFT

Job Description:

• Mengoperasikan mesin forklift elektrik dan diesel
• Picking, issuing and loading material
• Mengoperasikan mesin type Man Down
• Mengoperasikan Ms. Office
• Mengoperasikan sistem SAP

Qualifications:

• Khusus SMA/SMK sederajat
• Memiliki lisensi K3 Pesawat Angkat & Pesawat Angkut (SIO Forklift) |Surat Izin Mengemudi Forklift
• Masa aktif lisensi SIO Forklift minimal 20 April 2028 |Surat Izin Mengemudi Forklift
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator forklift minimal 1 tahun
• Mampu mengoperasikan microsoft office
• Bersedia bekerja secara shift

2. MAINTENANCE STAFF

Job Description:

• Daily machine problem issue analysis & follow up.
• Machine preventive maintenance activity.
• Follow up machine improvement activity.
• Machine programming control & improvement.
• Report to SPV for daily activities.
• 5S 3T in working area

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with installation and setup of new machines.
• Familiar with TPM concept, OEE, etc.
• Familiar with machine programming software, such as PLC Programming & RB Programming.
• Familiar with Milling Lathe CNC, etc.
• Able to solve machine problem.
• Able to work in a team or individual.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written.

3. LOGISTIC STAFF

Job Description:

• Create and control shipping documents.
• Control and follow up SO shipment.
• Control the accuracy of shipping documents.
• Follow up container shipping usage.
• Handle container usage planning.
• Booking and follow up Air Shipment.
• Shipment Movement Control.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Logistic/ Management/ Accounting Managerial/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in export-import especially in handling custom clearance documents.
• SAP knowledge is advantage.
• Have knowledge about operational management of goods shipping.
• Expert to analysis data using Ms. Excel.
• Agile and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.

4. COMPLIANCE STAFF (SECURITY TRADE CONTROL)

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day trade activities are being carried out efficiently, timely and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and the company’s processes.
• Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and communicate these changes to relevant department.
• Support and guidance to operational teams on trade compliance issues.
• Provide training to staff on compliance procedures and regulatory change.
• Conduct Trade Compliance audit to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Support the operationalization and maintenance of the company’s trade compliance program and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support in the classification of Harmonized System (HS) codes for the company’s products.
• Support in Business Partner screening such as Denied Party Screenings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Law International Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Logisitic, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in export control customs compliance or trade laws.
• Familiar with national and international export control regimes (Eg: Wassenaar NSG US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Minamata convention Stockholm convention etc.
• Familiar with strategic goods control regulations IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and IMDG code.
• Strong analytical/investigative skills and a proven work ethic with a desire to do more than is expected.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations customs procedures and documentation requirements.
• Able to work in a team or individual.
• Proactive and detail oriented person.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
