1. Accounting Officer (Surabaya & Jakarta)
About the Job
- Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.
- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Minimum Qualification
- Min. bachelor of Accounting with GPA 3.30 / 4.00
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prefer 1 year experience

2. Software Engineer (Surabaya)
About the Job

3. Account Manager (Surabaya & Jakarta)
Menjalankan strategi penjualan muatan kepada pelanggan dengan memberikan pelayanan optimal dan menghadirkan solusi kebutuhan pelanggan untuk mencapai target penjualan muatan yang ditetapkan.
Minimum Qualification
- Pendidikan min. S1 semua jurusan
- Keahlian berbahasa Mandarin adalah poin plus

5. RTG Operator
Menjalankan prosedur pengoperasian alat berat RTG untuk membantu proses internal stuffing-stripping, pengambilan-pengembalian kontainer, serta kelancaran operasional di depo berdasarkan prosedur dan prinsip K3.
Minimum Qualification
- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun menggunakan alat RTG
- Teliti, cekatan dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
- Bersedia bekerja secara shifting dan ditempatkan di depo kontainer
- Memiliki Surat Izin Operator (SIO) aktif
6. Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Melaksanakan pemeriksaan dan perawatan alat berat secara rutin sesuai SOP
- Menangani perbaikan teknis dan troubleshooting kerusakan pada unit alat berat
- Mendukung kelancaran operasional logistik melalui kesiapan alat kerja
- Melakukan pencatatan pekerjaan dan pelaporan teknis secara berkala
- Memastikan keselamatan kerja dalam setiap proses pelaksanaan tugas
Kualifikasi:
- Lulusan atau mahasiswa tingkat akhir D3 Teknik Mesin, Otomotif, atau jurusan terkait
- Memahami sistem kerja alat berat, termasuk mekanik, hidrolik, dan elektrikal
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja secara tim maupun mandiri
- Bersedia ditempatkan di lokasi kerja sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan dengan sistem shifting
7. Legal Asst. Manager (Surabaya)
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Handle litigation processes including liaising with external counsel, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of cases.
- Provide legal support and advisory on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations, identifying potential risks and recommending preventive measures.
- Assist in developing internal legal policies, procedures, and standard templates.
- Support cross-functional teams by delivering clear, practical legal guidance.
Minimum Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor of Law, Master of Law is an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience, with exposure to corporate legal drafting and litigation.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, civil and commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
8. Talent Acquisition Manager (Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and job profiling to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for key roles.
- Utilize psychological assessment tools and methodologies to ensure candidate-job fit and support objective hiring decisions.
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide consultative recruitment support.
- Drive headhunting and executive search activities, especially for senior-level and niche positions.
- Enhance the company’s as employer brand to position the organization as an employer of choice in the market.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of hiring effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor recruitment team members to build strong capabilities within the function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 4 years experience in talent acquisition, with at least part of the career spent in a headhunting or executive search consultancy.
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in psychological assessment tools and recruitment methodologies.
- Strong network and proven ability to headhunt for senior, critical, niche, and specialized roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and strategic foresight.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
9. Continuous Improvement Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing procedures with a focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and implement improvement programs that deliver measurable, long-term benefits across functions.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely execution of process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to strengthen visibility and insights into the company’s cost structure.
- Lead and mentor the Continuous Improvement team to build a culture of operational excellence.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions and digital tools into process improvement initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and automation.
- Stay up-to-date of emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously elevate improvement strategies.
- Drive the implementation and monitoring of Balanced Scorecard and KPI frameworks across all divisions.
Minimum Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Information System or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in continuous improvement, process excellence, or operational strategy.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, change management, and performance measurement.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and data analytics applications in business process improvement is preferred.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
