PT Tah Sung Hung merupakan perusahaan manufaktur sepatu yang didirikan pada tahun 2020 berlokasi di Brebes, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan merupakan perusahaan relokasi dari Tangerang provinsi Banten. Relokasi ini dilakukan untuk pengembangan perusahaan dan untuk bisa memaksimalkan produksi yang dihasilkan serta bisa menyerap tenaga kerja lebih banyak lagi.

PT Tah Sung Hung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur sepatu dan memproduksi sepatu dengan brand Adidas. Melalui proses inovatif dan keberlanjutan, kami ingin terus menghasilkan produk yang dapat disukai oleh banyak konsumen. Dengan proses yang sesuai prosedur standar, kami memastikan produk yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas tinggi, karena produksi yang dihasilkan PT Tah Sung Hung akan didistribusikan ke seluruh dunia.

Pabrik ini telah membangun operasi terpusat dan sistem manajemen digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja yang tinggi dengan mekanisme produksi yang fleksibel.

Untuk memaksimalkan dan meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi, kami terus mencari cara yang lebih baik untuk menciptakan produk yang bisa memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen.

1. Tax Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of tax regulations
• Proficient in annual tax declaration (SPT)
• Skilled in Tax Financial Audit and Tax Management
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Preferably fluent in Mandarin

2. Tech. MA & FMCA

Requirements:

• S1 All Major
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience in the shoe manufacturing industry
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Excellent in computer skills (MS. Office & Outlook)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

3. Purchasing Material

Requirements:

• S1 All Major.
• Experienced in purchasing footwear manufacturing.
• Excellent in computer skills (MS. Office & Outlook), Ms. Excel is preferred
• Good communication skill.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.

4. GA Purchasing

Requirements:

• D3/S1 All Major
• 3-5 year experience as purchase in shoe manufacturing
• Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin
• Proficient in data analysis and report preparation
• Excellenced in computer skills (MS Office & MS Outlook)
• Analytical and problem solving skills

5. Chemical Staff

Requirements:

• D3/S1 all major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in chemical processes or related industries (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Proficient in data analysis & report preparation
• Excellent in computer skills (MS. Office & Outlook)
• Good analytical thinking & communication
• Able to work individually as well as team
• Willing to work in production field

6. Rubber Staff

Requirements:

• D3/S1 All Major
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the shoe manufacturing industry
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Excellent in computer skills (MS. Office & Outlook)
• Proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and presentation
• Good Analytical thinking & Communication
• Willing to work in Production field

7. Asst Dev

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any major
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able for communication using English (Written/ Verbal)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

8. Planner Prod

Requirements:

• S1 All Major
• Experienced in the same field minimum 1 year
• Preferred experience in PPIC or experience in the footwear industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excell
• Comfortable with data analysis
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing
