Polygon Bikes adalah merek dagang sepeda yang diproduksi oleh PT Insera Sena, perusahaan sepeda asal Indonesia. Perjalanan kami dimulai bersama PT Insera Sena, manufaktur kami di Sidoarjo, Indonesia, di mana kami memulai sebagai bisnis kecil. Dengan pengalaman membangun lebih dari 10 juta sepeda dan bereksperimen dengan teknologi mutakhir, kami telah berkembang menjadi salah satu dari sedikit merek sepeda global yang memiliki fasilitas manufakturnya sendiri. Sejak tahun 1989, kami berkembang dan mampu merancang proses dan menjaga kualitas di semua aspek produksi—dari rangka yang dilas dengan tangan hingga jalur pengecatan dan fasilitas perakitan.

1. HRGA Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will manage and coordinate general human resources activities, including office administration, facilities management, and employee relations.

Responsibility:

• Maintain office facilities, supplies, utilities, and cleanliness.
• Manage company assets and inventory, including office equipment and vehicles.
• Handle documentation for permits, licenses, or certificates related to company operations.
• Support HR policies implementation and update internal communication.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, monitor labor issues, and track employee relations trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or Industrial Relations.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and industrial relations best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

2. HR Academy

As a HR Academy you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to the company’s success

Responsibility:

• Designing Training Programs: Developing training content, materials, and curriculum based on identified needs and learning objectives.
• Responsible for facilitating training sessions for employees, focusing on product knowledge, safety, and industry-specific skills.
• Supporting sales and customer service teams in delivering product-related training to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborating with product teams to ensure employees have up-to-date knowledge of the company’s bicycle products and innovations.
• Gathering feedback and implementing evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs, content, and delivery methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineer, or a related field.
• Must have 1 year of experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Passionate in sports, especially cycling with a deep understanding of products and trends is a point plus.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with making presentation and teaching.
