1. Sr. Officer – IT Network & Infrastructure

Job Responsibility

We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Sr. Officer IT Network & Infrastructure to manage end-to-end IT infrastructure management, covering network devices, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, storage, and security, while ensuring system availability, performance, compliance, and providing cross- functional technical support.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or other related fields.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level networks and systems.
• Fresh graduates with relevant project experience are encouraged toapply.
• Willing to be placed at our Head Office in South Jakarta

2. Group Leader – Control Room

We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Group Leader — Control Room who will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing hazardous driving behaviors of operators, such as overspeeding, signs of fatigue, in-cabin activities, and location tracking, as recorded in the Control Room Driving Monitoring System (DMS) Log Book.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma degree in related fields
• Min. 1 years of experience in Production/Operation or Management System (preferably have experience in the mining sector)
• Having POP certificate and good understanding of Controling and Monitoring Management
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

3. Group Leader – Plant

We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Group Leader — Plant to lead and oversee plant and Maintenance activities at our mining site. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining optimal productivity and adhering to safety standards.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electric, or Heavy Equipment)
• Min 2 years of experience in mining operation BMC & POP certified
• Having understanding in maintenance process, equipment repair, troubleshooting, and rebuild/overhaul components
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

4. Group Leader – Production

We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Group Leader — Control Room, who will be responsible for leading and coordinating mining production activities to ensure targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising teams, optimizing resources, and maintaining adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards to support the company’s production objectives.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma degree in related fields
• Min. 1 years of experience in Mining Production/Operation
• Having POP certificate and good understanding of Controling and Monitoring Mining Operation
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

5. Mechanic – Heavy Equipment

We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Mechanic — Heavy Equipment, who will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy machinery to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations by ensuring the reliability and safety of heavy equipment in accordance with technical standards and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Min. SMK Engineering
• Min. 2 years as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• Possess a valid BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certificate
• Good understanding of heavy equipment maintenance, repair procedures, and troubleshooting
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

6. Mechanic – Generator

We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Mechanic – Generator, who will be responsible for performing inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of generator (genset) systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations by ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of power generation equipment in accordance with technical standards and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Min. SMK Engineering
• Min. 1 year as a Generator Mechanic
• Possess a valid generator/compressor Maintenance Certificate
• Good understanding of generator maintenance, repair procedures, and troubleshooting
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

7. Operator Prohire (HDT, Trailer, DT Roda 10/12, A2B, Drilling,Crane, Genset)

Persyaratan:

• Pendidikan min SMA (sederajat)
• Usia min 21 tahun (Operator A2B) & maksimal 40 tahun saat pendaftaran
• Tinggi badan minimal 163cm
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani
• Pengalaman mengoperasikan unit min 2 tahun di posisi yang dilamar
