1. Marketing Staff

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in many major
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the manufacturing, HVAC, Cooling Tower, construction, or other industrial equipment.
• Experienced in international business or overseas market (Preferably)
• Proficient in English

Job Description :

• Identify and reach out to new B2B clients in the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Develop creative marketing materials and manage digital/offline campaigns.
• Conduct professional product presentations and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Work with the engineering team to provide the best cooling solutions for clients.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a market-leading edge.

2. Sales Engineer (Placement : Surabaya)

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or above. Major in any major, preferred in Engineering, Mechanical, or other related subjects.
• Minimum 2 years as Sales and Marketing, preferably within the manufacturing, HVAC, Cooling Tower, construction, or other industrial equipment.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to speak Mandarin (will be a plus).
• Has a good communication skills, negotiation, computer use competency, interpersonal skill.

Job Description :

• Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
• Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities.

3. Technical Support Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and equipment.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Have Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping
• Have knowledge preferred in HVAC, Cooling Tower, Power Plant, or industrial equipment
• Have knowledge in chemical dosing system, chemicals, Side stream filter.
• Have curious learn about cooling tower product and model series

4. Site Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in same position (Preferably).
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Should be able to speak English.
• Preferably with experience in Cooling Tower/HVAC/Chiller/Construction projects.
• Strong experience in on-site project management and able to control on-site personnel costs.

Job Description :

• Manage Project resources, including labour, equipment, and material to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and specifications.
• Organize and lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Handle project issues on-site.
• Able to work in a team and to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive in resolving technical & coordination issues and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong personality, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to cooperate effectively with other team members and leader.
• Will be places in the field of our new site around Indonesia or oversea.

5. Manpower/Field Engineer (Placement : Taiwan)

Requirement :

• Minimum 2 years as Field Engineer or project-based work.
• Preferably with experience in Cooling Tower/HVAC/Chiller/Construction projects.
• Should be able to speak English.
• Willing to travel and work at various site locations.
• Willing to relocate to Taiwan.
• Available for a fixed-term contract of approximately one year.

Job Description :

• Oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of cooling tower units at various project sites.
• Provide on-site technical solutions and troubleshooting for mechanical or civil-related issues during project execution.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
• Ensure all field activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly progress reports from the site to the head office.
• Conduct initial site surveys and final inspections to ensure the cooling systems are operating optimally.
