1. Attendance Admin Intern
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or active undergraduate students with no ongoing classes
- Majoring in Administration, Management, Accounting, Library & Information Science, or other related fields
- Available to work full-time from the office (WFO), Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30
- Able to commit to a 6-month internship period, starting as soon as possible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and able to input data carefully with minimal errors
- Responsive and communicative in addressing employee inquiries
- Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage administrative tasks effectively
Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain employee attendance data in the system
- Be responsive in addressing incoming questions from employees, inquiries related to attendance and leave
- Verify employee leave requests and supporting documents
- Process and manage attendance data using Microsoft Excel
2. International Corporate Affairs Intern
Job Summary
As an International Corporate Affairs Intern, you will support the team in conducting research, data processing, and analysis related to international relations and corporate affairs initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting research and analyzing data related to international relations and corporate affairs
- Preparing clear and visually engaging presentations of data and insights
- Recording meeting minutes and preparing activity reports
- Managing activity calendars and summarizing schedules for international committees and external associations (including KADIN and related organizations)
- Assisting in the preparation of official documents such as letters, memos, and Terms of Reference (ToR)
- Supporting administrative tasks and participating in ICA programs and association activities
Job Requirements
- Active undergraduate student (final year with no remaining classes) or fresh graduate
- Major in Economics, International Relations, or other related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in data processing and visual presentation
- Quick to learn with a strong attention to detail
- Willing to be based in the Jabodetabek area
- Committed to a minimum 6-month internship program
- Willing to work from office (WFO), Monday – Friday
3. Procurement Logistics Internship
Job Summary:
As a Procurement Logistics Intern, you will support the logistics procurement team in managing transportation sourcing activities and operational administration. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the end-to-end transportation bidding and tender process, compiling and analyzing monthly performance reports of transportation providers (including vendor KPI tracking), and monitoring quarterly logistics spending across business units. You will also support procurement documentation processes such as contract administration, reporting, and data consolidation. In this role, you will work closely with the Category Manager and Category Analyst, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and transportation vendors to ensure procurement activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate or final-year student (no classes to attend) majoring in Industrial Engineering
- Strong interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement Analytics
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and transportation vendors
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Excel is mandatory)
- Willing to work fully from the office (WFO)
- Available to join ASAP and commit to a minimum 6-month internship
